Needs Based Discount
I believe so deeply in the benefit of bodywork and massage that I want to make it affordable for everyone. For this reason, I offer a needs based discount when possible. Massage is a wellness strategy. If you are interested in working with me, but you’re on a budget, please don’t hesitate to call me to discuss your circumstances. We’ll work out an arrangement that fits within your budget. Please note, I have a limited number of time slots per month for sliding scale clients. We can discuss this when you contact me for your appointment.
Outcall Sessions
For now, I am mostly working doing incall sessions at this time. If you really need an outcall session, let me know I will see if my schedule allows, but I am primarily working in my home office.

Payment is due at the time of the session or prior to the session.

Please note that HSA and Flexible Spending plan credit cards don’t always work with my e-card reader. All credit card payments include a service fee.
Venmo
I charge a service fee of 3.5% for Venmo and Credit Cards
If you prefer to avoid service fees you can pay me via one of the methods above that has no service fee at the time of service.
Insurance
Note: Most health insurance plans in California do not cover massage, however there are some exceptions. One example is medical coverage on automobile insurance policies, or Med Pay. In this case, the client pays for the session at the time of service and I then provide them with an invoice and medical SOAP notes that can be sent to the auto insurance company for reimbursement. I charge a small fee for taking medical notes. I can help you with any questions you might have regarding this process as I have been an insurance administrator and understand how the system works. I have many years of experience working with clients to recover from auto accidents. If you suspect that your medical coverage through employment might cover massage, ask the insurance administrator of your company to verify this. I will supply you with an invoice in that event. I also provide invoices for HSA and Flex Spending accounts.

Note: I offer specials on gift certificates around the holidays throughout the year. I can also send the recipient an email announcement of the gift certificate if you prefer.
Birthdays
If you come for a session in the month of your birthday and remind me that it is your birthday month, I will add an extra 15 minutes on to your session for free. Be sure to let me know when you contact me to schedule. For established clients. This has to be arranged in advance.
Referral Appreciation
In appreciation for you support and because my practice thrives on personal referrals, when you refer a client to me, I will add an additional 15 minutes on a next session. I will attempt to make it the next session, but sometimes that isn’t possible. Please contact me to arrange in advance for the additional time.
