address muscle tension and musculoskeletal issues ONLY.

No other type of service is provided.

I make every effort to reply to clients requests as soon as possible.  If you don’t hear back from me within 24-48 hours, your email may have not arrived in my inbox. Technology does sometime fail. If this happens, please contact me via phone or text to let me know that you sent me a message to schedule with me and I will respond back to get you scheduled.  Thank you for your understanding.  

Please note that my schedule tends to book up in advance, sometimes 3-4 weeks.  

I often do have clients who need to reschedule and I keep an active waiting list. If you are looking for an appointment and I am already booked, I am happy to put you on the waiting list if you send me at least 2-3 options of days/times that will work for you.  If you are requesting a last minute appointment, (for the same week, for example) it’s better to send me a text so we can be in contact more quickly.

48 hour cancellation policy.

My schedule books up in advance. I have clients waiting to get on my schedule, so I keep an active waiting list. Because of this, I need confirmation from clients 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointments, so that I can have time to reach clients who are waiting if need be. As a courtesy to my clients, I send a reconfirmation email or text 48 hours in advance of their appointments to reconfirm.  If I don’t hear back within 48 hours to reconfirm the appointment, the time slot will be re-opened to clients on the waiting list. It is requisite that I can easily reach you and that you reply to the reconfirmation message within 48 hours. This policy is waved however, in the case of illness.  If you have any symptoms of a cold or flu or those typical of COVID-19, please contact me as soon as possible and we will cancel your appointment.  In the case of illness, please make the effort to reach me right away to let me know.

It is the responsibility of the client to contact me to alert me of any changes to their schedule or if their contact information has changed.
